Thank you for participating in out 1999 Fantasy Football League. I am the commissioner, Jeff Stocks. This year will be much the same as last year with a few rule changes (see below). The rule changes were made to further enhance the strategic level of being an owner. Again this year there will be a total of 8 teams, and as always I would suggest that each owner be very active in the activities of the league, i.e. trading, aquisitions/drops,... Our league rewards those for being an ongoing owner in the league. Those owners that were in the league last year are able to save 1 player of their choice that was on their roster at the end of the 1998 season and wasn't taken in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round of the fantasy draft. This will cost them their 3rd round draft choice in the upcoming draft. Those owners that were not in last years league, you get that option next year. The fees to join this league are $125 per owner, and this money will be divided up into the four prizes on the left. I wish everybody the best of luck and please enjoy!!!

SCORING: The scoring this year will be much the same as last, with the exception of minus points. For each interception thrown, fumble, missed field goal/extra point will be subtracted from the players points. The only other change is that longer touchdowns will be worth more points this year. Every touchdown over 65 yards will now count for 15 points if scored per the players discipline, or 30 points if not. For example, if Terrel Davis rushes for a 67 yard TD he will get 15 points. If he recieves a 67 yard TD pass that will be worth 30 points. ROSTERS: The roster this year will be the same as last year minus one running back. Each team will consist of 4 QB's, 5 RB's, 6 WR's, 2 TE's, 2 K's, and 2 Def/ST's. The starters each week will be 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def/ST.
